Welcome to ParishAid, a mobile application (the "App") provided by WOCA Tech Solutions (the "Company"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the App. By using the App, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App is intended for personal use by individuals who are members of a church that uses ParishAid. You may use the App for the purpose of accessing information about your church and its activities, as well as for communication and other purposes as may be permitted by the App. You may not use the App for any other purpose or in any other manner that is prohibited by these Terms.
The App and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may be able to submit content, including but not limited to text, photos, and videos, through the App (collectively, “Your Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in Your Content. By submitting Your Content through the App, you grant the Company and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the App and the Company’s (and its affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
The Company may terminate your use of the App at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause. The Company may also terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company makes no warranty that the App will meet your requirements or that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.
